Michael is a founding member of Azure Management Services, leading our costing and performance management consulting practice. Michael has over 30 years of industry and consulting experience in both the private and public sectors. He has worked with senior executives helping them understand the economics of their operations, providing strong growth and turnaround strategies as well as insight. Working with senior management teams in developing operations processes, business development strategies, systems and application strategies, costing and pricing systems, transforming core business operations, and integrating technology solutions. Michael has experience with driving transformational change in the organizations where he had complete bottom line accountability.

Michael’s work has spanned transportation, logistics, retail, educational institutions, postal institutions, and service industries, delivering application consulting, process automation, business development, costing and business economics systems, performance management, and corporate finance in both the private and public sectors.

Education and Certifications
Michael has an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in strategic management and international business. He also has a Bachelor of Commerce – Finance Major from Concordia University and an Associate Degree in logistics and transportation from McGill University. Michael holds his Enterprise Content Management practitioner accreditation from AIIM and several strategic sales and business development certifications as well as a Six Sigma green belt. In addition, Michael has been trained in youth activity and youth protection programs through his involvement with Scouts Canada and work with private school institutions.

Community Involvement
Michael has spent years working with youth through Scouts Canada. He is the current Group Commissioner for the Scouts Canada organization in Hudson Quebec as well as an active leader. Michael is also a supporter of the Quebec ALS foundation volunteering for their annual fundraisers.
