About Sandra

Sandra is an associate team member of Azure Management Services. She supports our Training and Change Management department. Sandra has over 10 years of consulting experience in the public and government sector working with various stakeholders to assess their present work environment, develop a strategy for long lasting change and create the most effective training to make everything possible. Her goal is to work with management, subject matter experts and employees to assess their needs, build on their strengths, address any weaknesses, and find the right solution to have the greatest impact, while minimizing stress for all involved.  Sandra believes communication is key. Ensuring that everyone involved has a voice and the right information is shared at the right time, is the key to success. Everyone must be a part of the process.

Sandra has worked primarily in the public and government sector as a consultant, managing teams, developing new learning material, teaching presenting and training (in person, virtually and hybrid sessions), creating online learning environments, analyzing work environments and offering solutions for improvement (big and small), as well as consulting and advising through various types of change.

Her competencies include information management,  project management, social media management and change management. Sandra enjoys finding the right learning solution for people, by creating engaging interactive learning and training opportunities using the newest technology. Implementing change – whether it be a new training program or an entire new sales strategy can be rather stressful for many. Sandra’s ability to empathize and her sensitive approach to anything new is what makes her unique.

She also has a Bachelor of Arts – Specialization in Psychology from Concordia University. She sits on the editorial board and also writes for for the professional journal Canadian School Libraries and regularly edits for other academic and professional journals.  Sandra was also the Head of Communications for the Quebec Library Association (2014-2018).
